Billy's band was one of those which was contacted to play at the festival due to the cancellation by some bands that were in the promotion due to the legal problems the festival promoter was having with the Puerto Rican government.

Considering he had written this as suicide note, this song has special bookmark in his life. Of all the great songs he has written, to me, three seem to mark life changing moments. Tomorrow is Today, Famous Last Words, and Turn the Lights Back On.
