- Hey loves, I decided to give you all a distressed loc tutorial! These locs went viral on my Tikok a while back and I thought I'd share how to do them and where to get them. Hope you enjoy it!

Nice video. But I’m still a little confused at where you crocheted the actual loc

The loc isn’t crocheted. Here’s a better explanation if u didn’t get your answer . She took the wrapping hair (looks like prefluffed hair) and she put it through the loop of the loc so you should be able to slide the loc back and forth on the wrapping hair. She then took the two ends of the wrapping hair and put them together so it all looks like one straight line . Then she crocheted the the ends of the wrapping hair to the natural hair braids and adjusted the lengths of the hair so she can begin wrapping

What inches did you end up getting and how many packs did you use. ?
It comes in a 5 packs, I got the inches 24, and it used 4 1/2 for this look.

What brand is the locs ?
How do you make the locs long? How do you keep wrapping after her real fair has been fully covered?
The locs come long but I just pull them down for extra length. I wrap at least a inch past her hair. No need to wrap all the way down

Did you dip them?
How far in did you add the pre looped locs ? I can’t tell from the video if you added it at the tips of the real hair, halfway up the real hair or at her roots
I added it at the root love! Through the root of the braid!
Did you stretch out the pre-looped hair? Is it possible to show us a video on how you pre looped the hair?

can you explain to me how you seal them?
It seals itself. Keep wrapping until the natural hair is covered entirely. You can also palm rub it for extra security. Wrap tighter as you get to the end of the natural hair
I’m confused. You only showed half the loc. where, when and how did you put in the long loc? ???

No, they are super lightweight unless you get them fuller or putting in a bun

They look busted, shouldn’t the base be cleaner.
Busted? What exactly are your referring to?. If your are referring to a “sleek” base, she is just newly transitioning. Not every base is meant to be sleek.
The base is clean, the point is look distressed.
