DR Power Premier Belt Replacement - Walk Behind Trimmer

The belt would come off occasionally and I decided to install a new one. Also, I needed to adjust the new belt to prevent future problems. The trimmer serves its purpose when working. The belt jumping off was the only problem I had with this product. Seems to be working good now. The DR Power Premier Walk Behind Trimmer is a good buy.

from what i am being told - it works best to adjust the belt all along so that the wear is held to a minimum - the sounds of the strings are the key to adjustment - just have them where they sing just right only - no tighter - no looser -- they start making a harder roaring sound - may sound strange but it works --

My manual gives this belt info: 3L Gates 6744…… dr PN is 310881….. I jope this helps…. DR Power website may have additional info on this PN.

I know what you mean. I use it to maintain the ditch because it is the last place to dry out after a rain. Actually, it is raining now . . . the ground is soaked here! Have a great week my friend . . .
