Pure divinity here Caveman and great to see a tradish corner store still in operation serving up grub like that.
Not many of these left, most have closed down, but this one is definitely worth saving, really enjoyed my meal there and price was reasonable for what others charge these days.
Yum that burger combo looks really nice. I always get extra onions on mine even on kebabs, they had a good menu board in that place, would've loved to try it, however too far. For a minute there, i thought someone recognised you, when that worker greeted you. Great review mike, as always thanku 😊
Was a great burger, it was just a bunch of council workers having lunch also, they were quite interested in what I was doing. They are the guys mowing the parks and maintaining the public gardens. They also recommended that shop.
I generally go for the Steak Works Burger or similar aslong as it has the steak instead of the pattie. When ever I get the chance I try out a new burger shop in my area, only done about 11 so far as they have to be close enough to home so they don't go cold before I get home. Me eating a Burger in Public is NOT a Good Sight.
Not a fan of steak ones, as the steak is usually cheap, almost see through and has a texture akin to shoe leather. 🤣I prefer a quality meat patty to a cheap steak, obviously if it's a great steak I will definitely go the steak. 👍👍

That looks so good, I like lots of onions on my burgers too. You lost a lot of weight at the beginning of the year, are you putting it back on with these burger reviews?
One burger every few weeks probably makes little difference in the scheme of things. It’s what you do 90% of the time that matters most.
Any kebab joints up that way? Great stuff.
Lots, Taree has about four off the top of my head, I have no idea how they all survive. Not much to review about a kebab here they all buy their meat from the same wholesaler who delivers up the coast from Sydney, so they all taste identical. I am planning to do a kebab review when I am in Sydney next.

@shafserious2805 ok, thanks, $14 here for a works burger with bacon egg, cheese etc is quite cheap, most places now charge $16-18 which is a LOT, prices here have gone insane, when I was a teenager around 15 years old a burger was around 65 cents works burger around $1 to $1.20.
