Thanks for the very clear and simple instructional video. For basic interval workouts, programming into Garmin make sense. However, if I want to run say 10x 400 with 90 second recovery and run the 400's as a progression (say from 95 down to 85), I have to do it manually. Unfortunately, Garmin will then save all intervals and rests as separate files, and sync these to Strava as separate activities. Do you have any thoughts? Thanks and just subbed to your channel and will follow your journey!
@@RosserRuns Thank you! One of the concerns I would have is setting the repeats to "Distance" on the Garmin and knowing that for track workouts, Garmin is not very accurate. Setting the repeats to "Time" wouldn't be ideal in a progression and not knowing if I will hit the times exactly. So maybe have to be old-school and time each separately.
What how to would you like to see me do from Garmin?
Love it my friend! Another great video. Keep creating this great content :)
That is awesome. Thank you.
Great video, I have a few Garmin items myself. Highly rate them. Look forward to future content ATB Dave 👍
I think it is great for the price and what I use it for. Thank you for sharing.

That seems like a math problem to me. It maybe above my pay grade but I will look into it.

I've been using interval workouts, but I can't figure out how to return to runs that are not interval trainings. Can you help with that
I'm sorry. I haven't played with that function in forever. I don't have the proper answers for you.
