    What is up with all the newest buses in the fleet have flashing and malfunctioning reader boards?

      They're not malfunctioning. The LED and camera refresh rates don't match

    The system has huge problems. Lack of proper fare inspection, no security and rude riders who take up multiple seats and even put their dirty feet up on the seats ...

    Is portlands public transportation 24/7? Like is it available all the time like in nyc or no?

      Not really. MAX light rail, busier bus lines and the streetcar are in service from about 4 am until a little past midnight. Less busy bus routes usually don't go very far past rush hour. However, TriMet does have some night bus routes that follow MAX corridors when it's not in service.
