That's the third Latias EX i've seen someone pull and all three have had horrible centering, biased to the left of the card, crazy to see the other EX cards have it too.
I just opened a booster box an elite trainer box and a booster bundle and got the SIR lisia’s appeal and jasmimes gaze. 2 SIR’s out of 51 packs seems really good, but maybe the pull rates have gotten slightly better for this set.

The pullrate on the english one is a lot higher than the Japanese, still the Pikachu/s are RARE AF
I think the pull rates for this set are going to be slightly better than the previous few sets.
