Child’s Not His Responsibility

It’s a “Judge Mathis” throwback!
The plaintiff had a one-night stand with the defendant, and several years later, he heard he fathered her child. He claims the defendant denied he was the father, then later walked it back and said the child was his. Now, it’s straining his own marriage. He is petitioning the court for a DNA test and is suing for emotional distress. The defendant argues the plaintiff is just afraid of his wife. She is countersuing for harassment.
