I really liked the fact that Greg and Charlie expressed that being associated with this brings more enjoyment to their lives. I hope they can find more opportunities to expand on that enjoyment. They're more "seasoned" and all look great!

I really wish Capcom would have hosted one of these reunions over the years. So glad to see a fan channel doing things like this. It's like a time capsule getting opened.
It's a great gesture but keep in mind Capcom made a lot of money off the franchise and these guys got practically nothing and weren't even aware of their own success. So I doubt Capcom would want to be associated with them any longer as it would open the door for a legal battle. Right now, they all signed the contract not to sue them and having no rights, but just as soon as capcom welcomes them back, they have a good case against them.

Such a fascinating crew of actors in such a bizarre state of being absolute nobodies in a silly puoneered acting scenario, that ended up being so iconic in such a novel way. Who knew?
I love the whole cast but Greg Smith is just the best. Such a wholesome and humble guy. I'm one of the followers on his Facebook group and him just taking the time out of the day to interact with fans while we all relive our childhood nostalgia is just an awesome thing. So big shout out to Greg. You're the best man!

NO WAY you found the actress of Rebecca Chambers! NO WAY! How? Just how? And my gosh, I know it's trivial to say this, but she looks fabulous. Of course she has aged, but she has aged splendidly. Assuming she was 18 in 1995, during the production of Bio Hazard, 18+29, she is at least 47. DAMN. Well, the first Wesker is the iconic one. The actor, the voice, the cheesy mystery. None imagined that Wesker was in fact working with Umbrella (let's remember the picture you find in the laboratories, with him WITH SUNGLASSES and a doctor's coat ahah) It's 90's to the bone. The first cast will always be the iconic one, no matter what. You guys are doing an amazing work, but at the same time... I... let me say this. I kinda liked the mystery around the original cast. I liked the idea of not knowing anything about these people. They did this one time, this one big time job just to never appear again. It added some... charm to Bio Hazard 1. In fact they had no idea what they worked for actually became a multi millionaire franchise. They had absolutely no idea, totally clueless. Anyway... The team is ALMOST complete, but you already found 4 members, which is crazy per se. I really enjoyed this reunion.

I know and not to sound cliche, but it honestly doesn’t feel like that much time has passed. Seems like yesterday when the original RE2 was released in 1998 and I was reading PSM about it with rumors of Romero writing and directing the first movie before that was canceled.

I'm so glad you found Linda. She had an interesting life and oh, she's as stunning as she was. These four peoples are important and have a special space in the heart of those who played the game in the 90's because the little movie in the wood, the music and the atmosphere were a fantastic introduction to the game. It was so well done. The game was nothing like I ever experienced back then. I was 19 years old when it came out.
Man, I knew it was gonna be Rebecca's actress but I wish Jill's was also there. I know Shinji didn't like her acting but she still made history with that character. I hope she knows we all love her for being the very first appearance of Jill.

Jill's actress was called Inezh. She was a teenager living in Japan who had never acted before. Shinji regretted casting her because she was too young and immature for the role. I'm guessing she was cast in the role because there were very few white actors in Japan at the time.
@@RazorEdge2006 This is accurate explanation as the reason Barry’s actor was cast was literally he was walking down the street and the casting director or someone was tasked with finding someone matching the description of the concept art and he happened to pass by at that time and was literally approached and casted because he matched the concept art
Inezh was bitten all over by mosquitos. She was furious with Mikami and kicked him in the shin with her STARS combat boots. Shinji was in hospital for 4 days.
I fangirled so hard seeing Linda in the thumbnail. These people don't fully know the amazing memories and joy they have given so many of us. I love seeing how happy Greg is at seeing the impact they have made.

I met those guys at the Wisconsin convention. Went on a Sunday and had no clue they were going to be there or really knew they were doing this kinda stuff and immediately recognized them from across the room. Really nice guys and got a couple autographs, even got “Chris redfield” to sign a umbrella logo. Would be awesome if capcom does something with them, even extra’s in a upcoming resident evil movie would be amazing

I still remember how the OG game terrified me. I was working a 2nd shift security job and I would have to walk a long hallway with red carpet. I always looked over my shoulder thinking the Cerberus were coming for me. This is such an amazing bit of nostalgia! Thank you so much to the channel and the actors for this!

Very interesting video! I got the chance to meet Charlie and Greg at MGC in Milwaukee, and they were both awesome. They seemed to be genuinely enjoying the whole experience.

These guys are so surprised that they are so well thought of, but they mean a lot to people. As someone who wasn’t a PC gamer, I moved straight from Mega Drive to PS1, so RE1 was the first horror game, and first FMV sequence in a game I’d seen. Such an intro to awesome gaming. Thanks for this!

These people were pioneers in an industry whose transition into live action and mocap was still in it's infancy. They deserve all the accolades that come their way.
It’s really amazing that they have all crossed paths again this many years later after participating in something they seemingly all deemed so little and unimportant at the time and after even… just goes to show, you never know what might happen! They all really seem to be pretty cool people… and Barry’s actor seems like a super good dude!👍

I knew it would be Linda as Jill's actress has decided to maintain her privacy and not revisit the series. And that's fine. I was glad to see this interview, and I hope these lovely folks know how much they helped shape our childhoods, gaming habits, and helped lay the groundwork for one of the greatest video game series of all time.

I was 10. Out of all the Resident Evil games there is something special about the OG RE1 game.

I'm so glad you found Linda. She had an interesting life and oh, she's as stunning as she was. These four peoples are important and have a special space in the heart of those who played the game in the 90's because the little movie in the wood, the music and the atmosphere were a fantastic introduction to the game. It was so well done. The game was nothing like I ever experienced back then. I was 19 years old when it came out.

Man, I knew it was gonna be Rebecca's actress but I wish Jill's was also there. I know Shinji didn't like her acting but she still made history with that character. I hope she knows we all love her for being the very first appearance of Jill.

Jill's actress was called Inezh. She was a teenager living in Japan who had never acted before. Shinji regretted casting her because she was too young and immature for the role. I'm guessing she was cast in the role because there were very few white actors in Japan at the time.

@@RazorEdge2006 This is accurate explanation as the reason Barry’s actor was cast was literally he was walking down the street and the casting director or someone was tasked with finding someone matching the description of the concept art and he happened to pass by at that time and was literally approached and casted because he matched the concept art
Inezh was bitten all over by mosquitos. She was furious with Mikami and kicked him in the shin with her STARS combat boots. Shinji was in hospital for 4 days.
As a Japanese, I am glad to see the greeting in Japanese at the end of the video.

I met those guys at the Wisconsin convention. Went on a Sunday and had no clue they were going to be there or really knew they were doing this kinda stuff and immediately recognized them from across the room. Really nice guys and got a couple autographs, even got “Chris redfield” to sign a umbrella logo. Would be awesome if capcom does something with them, even extra’s in a upcoming resident evil movie would be amazing

Just an absolutely wonderful reunion, barely blinked the whole time I was so engrossed in everything that they were recalling it was so interesting… And Linda, wow - I liked Rebecca before, I love her now. What an amazing woman, truly hope that she remains a close part of the reunited team. The Japanese comms at the end were a really nice touch. Of course I, like everyone else, dream that one day the other two missing members will join too but right now just really grateful for where we’re at.
