I only silenced the mage, the priest was sitting sap!
Does the ability in the middle tell you what to press, or is that a stream of what you are pressing?
It's letting you know what I'm pressing as I press it, the addon is called "NugKeyFeedback"

What's your plater settings ?
They're pretty close to default - I use NeatPlates(Neon Theme) & BigDebuffs. If you're having troubles nailing the look down I can probably toss you can Import string if you message me on discord sometime later today.

It's pretty hard to share gladdy settings since there are like 50 different tabs. But if you add me on discord @ Megaphone#5214 I can give you the Profile Export string.
Whats yor deep freeze stun macro?
I use Arena1/2/3 macros for Deep Freeze. Looks something like this:
#showtooltip Deep Freeze
/cancelaura Ice Block
/cast [target=arena1] Deep Freeze
or
/cast [target=arena2] Deep Freeze
etc.
How do you sheep out of invis so fast?
I use an Arena 1 or 2 sheep button that targets either the first or second guy on my Gladdy frame, it looks like this:
/cast [target=arena1] Polymorph
or
/cast [target=arena2] Polymorph

@Sam usually my arena partner tells me what we're facing and I go off of the resource bars when I'm invis - that or while their screen is shared, I glance over to see what comp it is at the start real quick.

Haha it kind of depends on how many cooldowns the classes have left and if the Paladin wants to just run away for 30 minutes.
