When I went to the pokemon center, nurse joy said my pokemon were infected with pokerus. When I looked it up it said it was a VIRUS! So I started freaking out so i clicked on this video and you said its a good thing so, im happy. Lol

you can only spread pokerus when a pokemon is currently infected with pokerus. when pokerus is healed you can no longer spread it. to that end to keep pokerus you must box the infected pokemon.

then you already maxed it out. a pokemon can only have 508 evs in total 252 max per stat.
