I think it was Adam Savage that said something along the lines of:
" buy the cheapest tools you can when you start. That way when they eventually break, you'll know you use it often enough to buy a better version of that tool"
Facts
I think I do remember him saying something like that or at least someone saying that.
Buy cheap, buy twice! The man with the best tools at the end of the day wins!
Your unyielding willingness and tenacity to rework your designs is the most inspiring to me.
you should do a independent suspension go kart but with cv joints and double a arms rear suspension
Kinda what he was trying to achieve with the duel engine buggy. I think that was the goal, atleast
Phil theVwGuru same goal but different strategies (although imo the dual engine design allows for more travel at the expense of engine size and power, dual 670s would be overkill)
CV axles are overrated, agricultural ujoints for 1" keyed shafts do just fine. Too much money to make adapters for splined shafts and they may end up making it too wide for some ATV parks. With ujoints you can make your own drive shafts as long or short as you need. Plus you can get them at Tractor Supply, granted you need to buy the joint and yokes separately.
@@Ratkill9000 exactly.
Your wish have comes true
Part 9????? I would expect part 93 at this point as much goes into these builds.
Awesome work bro!!!!
You should be proud of yourself, that transmission system is awesome
a bit over the top as far as the lever goes... he could have just extended the gear shifters arm to the other side and tried attaching the rod there.. at the moment it looks cool but unnecessary.. just dropping some quality criticisms here..
Insane.. Also very clean seat up

Thanks for sharing this video with us.
this is exactly what i want in a go kart/buggy i need this in my life i wish i has more money to spend on a hobby like this this would be an amazing trail camping rig
I loved watching the series , i was excited to see it roll out, i could only imagine how you feel
Can't wait for a driving video!
Hi.
Now this pan hard bar is much better than previous version good job
Love the outtakes man!
Até mesmo o seu projeto é muito bom.
Pra fazer manutenção no motor e na suspensões traseiras.
Parabéns
Show.
Sounds like a beast. Awesome.
love the exhaust!
With one word, perfect
Nice merch, might have to get one of your hoodies. Thanks for sharing, can’t wait to see the riding video. The exhaust on the 670 sounds great.
Lol i want the socks with ur logo
Dude that thing is really cool. I want one.
This build looks mean. Great job!
hey shop is clean! about time......chaos is never conducive to creativity
I said the buggy you made with the two independent Motors was the best build that I ever saw but then I forgot about the one with the motorcycle engine on it and this one hard to choose Very awesome you should do this for a living
it sounds like a beast! nice! the throttle seems a little mushy but I know you said you're still working on it. On to the next video to check out the progress. 👍
I enjoy each and every one of your videos good job
Really great job. you are talented buddy. thanks for sharing.
Nice build man....Love it...
Love your videos dude keep it up
I like the locator like that is an excellent idea
Thank you very very match. I have benefited greatly from you. I hope you will benefit us a lot about the speed changer and then how to turn back
Hell yeah, you put a shorter panhard bar.
U should partner with go power sports to sell those transmissions
yo i would be all over this
Just mass produce and sell independent.
Drive it Like You Stole It!
& Bone It Like You Own It!!
Nice video! I like the design of this go kart👌
outstanding!
I love all of your video.
I'm new to your channel that's why i watch all of your video
Do a watts link at the back. The panhard bar will make the rear stear left and right with suspension travel. The watts link will keep it straight no matter the heigh of the suspention.
Keep up the great work
can you please tell us your welding what bran and if its good ?
Noice , just when I was having a bad day you uploaded an another awesome build. Thanksgiving isnt my kind of holiday due to watching my dog die two years ago . was tough today for me to go to church thank you again !
hell yes great job i will be getting some soon as i can afford to by far you rule on the builds
Love your 2 speed design. You ever gonna take on a reverse gear for the bigger carts? Good video keep it up.
2:45 .. all you had to do is stick another bar opposite your shifting bar... to form a T.. instead of looping all around like you did. That can be simplified greatly.
Sweet!!!
I would watch those exhaust tips underneath that bar, I don't think that bar is going to move in the same way as those headers might. I hope I'm looking at it alittle different.
i know it may sound a silly question, but couldint you find a new bottle jack that could fit your old pipe bender?mines is 45yrs old and is on its 2nd jack lol also every 670 i hear start either had a very strong starter motor or more realistically because they crank so long before starting id say not much in the way of compression eh?
Great channel 👍
Lol Open the piston and clear the ball from inside !
bunker branding looks like a good spot for your merch
On one of your earlier videos I saw you had a problem with the master link on the chain breaking. To prevent the problem of the retaining clip coming off on my motorcycle I used some light gauge stainless steel aircraft wire with several wraps around the outer side plate and clip, and made several twists on the loose ends on the outside of the chain and clipped it to about 1/2 inch. That prevents the clip from coming off which also keeps the side plate from coming off as well. That will maintain the integrity of the master link.
Now here's an idea for ya. Try putting reverse in your 2 speed transmission because that would be perfect for that go kart.
Good job, I love your work. How much is the cost that engine including the gearbox?
got my shirt today. great looking!!
You should find a non electronic shift transaxle make an adapter plate and connect a 670 mount them together rotate 90 deg one axle to front differential out of a old 4x4 Toyota and a rear axle narrow them up and you have a 4x4 buggie
That's awesome bro
Are you going to do some valve work, beefing out this engine? It sounds amazing!
Absolutely beautiful work, B, as always! Holy crap do I love the exhaust, looks gorgeous and sounds wicked good. #jellyaf
Hiii from turkey good days me like this mechanics soo thankss and beautiful tshirt
Excelente 🇩🇴🇩🇴🇩🇴🌎
Brother...Epic stuff..... love your work!! Really enjoying your vids... but please use some PPE... especially a respirator!! I know what it's like welding and grinding for much of your day.. gets really messy... please protect those lungs of yours...and... you seriously need some rest bro...go easy on yourself! Again. Awesome work... big fan.
Big G'Day From Sydney Australia!
PS: that 670... sounds beastly!!! Hope she's a reliable animal ... exhaust was perfect!!! :)
Nice build ! But hanging the gas tank over the hot engine en exhaust seems a little dangerous.
Relax bro, and try to breath from time to time, some of your videos are great, just breath ok lol. from that your cart is awsome build. go on like this. thumbs up.
Good job bro
your trans is very clever. I have a Trailmaster 150 buggy with a CVT. Is there a reason you don't use them?
I have never seen a square or a tape measure in one of your videos. Do you just eyeball everything, if so you have an awesome eye.
I love your vids keep up bud👍❤
STR 1 yes
Your right
@@hazemosama1108 thanks 😉👌
STR 1 😜😍😘
The gas tank location freaks-me-out a little lol
Do you Still work with red beard's garage and quad racer ??
What did you make the frame from, pipe or conduit? (looks like conduit) How is it holding up structurally since you've driven it a couple of times?
Is that welder running on 120 volt ? If so you need to get a 220 volt welder and that won't keep tripping the breaker.
Mantap bang
can you give me pls link for the Bending pipes ?
I'm looking to buy one for a while
at around 2:00 you weld on the mount for the "sway bar". It looks like it would hit the brake disc if suspension compresses another like 3 inches at that point.
@rather b welding
Nice video
Do you offer the 2 speed transmission for sell? I would like to purchase one for a build that I'm working on.
Can you make piranha buggy???
This would be siiick
I like it
From indonesia
woow !
Very nice I like it,the exhaust is cool but you should join it together with one muffler.
Steven Wilkerson in my opinion the two pipes cool cooler
Oh don't get me wrong I do like the way it looks an sounds but I think the exhaust has a better sound an tone coming out of 1 muffler
Hey man I am a big fan of channel but I wanted to ask if welding is as easy as it looks? Would I be able to put a frame together myself??? Really considering doing a project of my own but I’m new to welding! Lol
Welding is easy, as long as you have time, and a welder
you use more inteligente for this gokart, suspensión invidualy and día motos and that is 💪
Hi
You should try building a crosskart with the CBR engine on it.. that will be awesome..
did ya try replacing the bushings?
I hope you got a patent for that transmission design.
Those bushings you made how about drilling and tapping them for zerk fitting so those pivots can be lubes and the shifter do yourself a favor use a heavy duty Morse cable
Who do you have making the merchandise for you? Is it the bunker branding co?
It occurs to me you could mount the 2 speed transmission to like a 40 series torque converter, and then set one of the two gears to be reverse
How can sum one git one of the transmissions that you make
Hi! I've been watching these series of clips and in one of them you said you want to add metal sheets on the tubes. Why not use the metal sheet on the inside and leave the tube on the outside ? I tried to find a picture on google and could not find one... maybe you can test it in an upcoming video and ask other opinions. Cheers !
The number 1 of like
He needs FPS Russia for his "Have nice day".
Next video please give us an update on your Lincoln MP210. I've been so anxious to find out what happened
How many meters of metal did you use?
Click Spring is an awesome channel.....
Is there a video on the gearbox?
the guy is tired of being alone, let him talk
👍😁
Can you send me the link of your pipe bender I'd like to buy one plz!
Go to www.harborfreight.com and type in tubing bender.
Sweeet
Great video,, but why a torque converter and a two speed ? isnt the torque converter pretty much like a transmission ?
think of it as having low range for off road and high for driving back home or high speed off roading like fire roads
Hi brother
