I played this game on X-box where the background didn't exist in this level. Oddly enough I prefer the version without purely because it looks more spacious. But regardless this is still a great level for an amazing game
Don't remember exactly, but at the beginning of the video you can see the waterfall room. The door is hidden at first, so you have to solve something to make it visible first.
There's a room with a waterfall, I would explain the way to unlock it but it's way too complicated, 3 different codes and one of them you need to write real fast, once you find it just look a guide (it's pretty iconic, looking up "fez waterfall sync room" should be enough).

I have an xbox 360, sadly it's broken and I can't use it right now, didn't stop to notice there wasn't a background
This is a lot like Chipzel's "Focus", except you can admire the sheer beauty of the track
