This call works great just called in 2 8 pointers and a 6. The buck grunt u have also worked great at my other stand had a monster 10 and a nice 8 come in from the buck grunt call thanks from upper Michigan
I was up in the north woods for opening weekend and it's my first season. I'll be dammed if the mosquitoes didn't bother me until there was movement in the woods. Every time I'd hear something across the woods from me moving around and try to be absolutely still, mosquitos would try to get into my ears or my eyes.
Used this call and the second round of calls I had a group of 6 does come out. I would do one call, wait 20 seconds, 2nd call, wait, 3rd call. I waited about 30 minutes before the second round. Got some meat for the freezer now
I learned my lesson today. Folks, stop dicking around with your phones in the woods. Just missed two shots because I was too busy hitting the play/ pause button to look at my surroundings instead of just doing it myself. Just get the proper tools and use the video to learn how to do proper sounding calls on your own time. You'll thank yourself when you get the shot that I missed twice.
I should say I didn't "miss" the shots either, just the opportunity to take one as a whole both times. Both broadside too and didn't notice until too late. Not worth it. Just get the proper tools
Been using this the last 3 trips. Havent seen a thing, is there any certain way I should play it? I've been playing 3 or 4 bleats and pausing for about 15 min in between
