    Something to consider -
    Olga Smirnova is barely 21 years old in this video. She is extraordinary.

      she is wonderful, but for ballerina that is not young. They can't do their job for a long time, so she is in her best "ballerina" years here.

      Andjelka Kosovac but this is different, for this tango you need maturity and expression and stage presence. She definitely has it all 👍

    Quasi un confronto psicologico a specchio nel preludio che s'esprime poi nella bellezza d'un ballo d'esecutivita' d'acchito e con un impadronimento.dello spazio proscenico imperativo da parte di entrambi. OLTREMODO BRAVI.BIGHIN GIULIO RENZO

    beautiful partnering and beautiful young things. he's much better suited than Semyon Chudin. He seems to bring something out of her or maybe it's tango.

      I also think so, they look stunning together. The problem is that Lantratov does not want to dance with anyone but Alexandrova. He is lost for other ballerinas.

      @mathildewesendonck7225 5 лет назад +2

      Magdalena405 he actually looks quite happy with Olga... maybe he’s such good actor, but he looks at her as if he really wants her 😉😜🤭 And his wife has quit ballet now, so he is free to dance with other ballerinas 🙃🤗

    The beautiful pas de deux. Unfortunately, there is not much Tango in the choreography.

      If so, it’s Astor Piazzola, Tango Liberté

    Sorry. They are very good, but neither one expresses the heartbreaking love that this is supposed to display. Don't come after me. They will be better when they've been in love.

    This is Olga Smirnova.
    A Russian ballerina.
    About her the BBC writes.
    Because Olga finally had enlightenment, and she declared that she was "against the war with all the fibers of her soul."
    Then she left Russia to join the Dutch National Ballet.
    Who received her immediately and with warm embraces.
    Now she will dance beautifully in Europe.
    And this is Artem Datsyshyn.
    A Ballet dancer of the National Opera of Ukraine and winner of international competitions.
    He will never dance again.
    He died at the hands of the Russian occupiers.
    That's all you need to know about culture outside of politics.
    On the prospects of unity under the auspices of culture.
    And about the price of war. Which we pay.
    And which they (Russians) use.

      Танцевал не Артём Дацишин, а Владислав Лантратов. Те люди, которые ходят в театр, в основном, против войны. Но сделать ничего не могут. Потому что мы живём в полицейском государстве

    It's too bad most of the choreography had no relation to the music...

    • @erins.5420
      @erins.5420 8 лет назад +2

      Ivy B who cares, the choreography still makes you feel I think it used the music to suit their needs not dance to suit the music.

    • @ivyarianrhod
      @ivyarianrhod 8 лет назад +2

      Erin S. I'm saying the choreography doesn't use the music.

      I wonder what could suit the choreography if this music has no relation to the choreography :o no hate just wondering

    • @LuGonzalez2205
      @LuGonzalez2205 6 лет назад +2

      Actually the music is composed by Piazolla, an iconic tango musician. The final part is called "libertango" and it's AMAZING.

    • @arminhanik4207
      @arminhanik4207 4 года назад +1

      Tango Nuovo by Piazzolla, one of the most gifted composers ever. If you can't hear it, it's probably your problem. Do something about it, you are missing out on breathtaking music.

    • @FannyPlusvi
      @FannyPlusvi 3 года назад +1

      If you cannot hear the tango rithm in this music by Piazzola, you are deaf.
