I have the same problem trying to get one of Tifa's hands off. So do you just heat up hot wter and let it soak? I'm always afraid of ruining the piece

I know it's been a long time since your comment, but you can heat up with a blow dryer. It is safe, I do it all the time to help remove and put on hands or swords. Just dont leave it too hot for too long
