I’m very impressed to see all your know-how !Maybe it should be interesting for you to discover the new generation of vulcanizing material Multiface, which allow reducing the process time after preparation to half time. As it is already liquid and achieve the sulfur crosslink at ambient temperature you need only 80 degrees Celsius and 2-3 bars pressure and less time to finalize the job.

Fine nice all the vedio are done in neat and clean lab atmosphere you need to do in actual belt conveyor with little space and dirty atmosphere
