The animal you were uncertain about is a yule goat. It's a tradition from Scandinavia and Northern Europe. The character you asked "It this Santa?" is a nisse or tomte. A kind of Christmas gnome from Scandinavia.
I've been wanting this book since I saw her post announcing it but I don't like paying extra whenever it's not been released in English yet. Such an adorable and beautiful book, I usually stay away from Christmas themed books as I tend to find them super cheesy but this book I actually think is pretty and simply wintery enough that I could color it all of winter just fine, probably. Anyways, sad I'll have to wait until next year, but thank you so much for this flip through, definitely will be buying it once I can easily get it from Amazon lol Edit: the page with the mice is from Seasons! Love that page, its so adorable! And i really like the idea of the Christmas count down, you could always color them and post them as shorts on youtube or just do them as community posts and post photos instead of doing videos or little short speed colorings, just to maybe make it a little easier on you since filming videos, editing them, and posting them is a lot. Also, I live in the US and traditionally a lot of families either do turkey or ham, but I see more people doing ham since we have Thanksgiving only the month before which is all about the turkey. Kinda cool that turkey is more traditional in the UK!
@@ReverieOfThorns it is sad that it’s not released in the uk at the same time isn’t it. Yea mainly Turkey here Christmas Day unless you’re what I call “a bit posh” and add salmon to the mix or a beef wellington 😂😂😂
I would love to do the Christmas Countdown with you, Kirsty. I'm also sorry that you no longer have memberships (hopefully its for a positive reason ) and I hope you're going to carry on colouring with us ❤
Bonjour, j'aime regarder tes vidéos qui m'inspirent et m'aident beaucoup. Je ne connais pas le papier de cette édition Tokan. Comment est le papier ? Merci Corinne
@@auclaircorine6680 it has some texture to it, I would say it appears very slightly off white, the paper is a medium weight I would say, not too thin but also not the thickest
@@jillwilliams8709 I’ve popped a link in the description, as far as I’m aware it’s not available in the uk atm but will be eventually. It’s quick and easy to order from imusic, mine arrived quickly
