Thats right, it is expensive in the UK too. There are other JAK inhibitors that may be more cost effective. This video looks at other JAK inhibitors that may be helpful in AA.

@@Greylocks129 JAK inhibitors seem to work for many inflammatory skin conditions. There are some reports of the success of JAK inhibitors for prurigo too. There are quite a few treatments for prurigo - here is a video on it
