最近痴迷羽球，偶尔看到她在向前辈请教杀球技巧。原来世界顶级的球员，也在不断学习。
看到陳文宏都顯~ 每天只會帶風向在那邊diss現役球員。一句"個人意見沒有對錯"就以為拿了免死金牌，擺senior款，一點品格都沒有。

终于找到和我有同感的人了。之前看过他的直播，建议唯恐天下不乱，各种乱带风向引导被人不爽现役球员。然后还内涵，暗讽李梓嘉😑我在想难道没有人发现到meh?
印尼的senior junior制度也是很嚴重的。但是很少看到退役了的還那麼多話講，最多是小黃人會擺款，但是他們依然還是世界top1，印尼一雙，擺得起。反而爸爸組合對他們的junior照顧有加。
先不講陳文宏平時的講話pattern, 我覺得他一直很想插手給意見梓嘉和謝蘇，但是可能沒人理他，他又不甘願，所以你會看到有意無意他就會講什麼不尊重senior，他們不聽人家講。人家叫他進羽总教，他又說自己不適合羽总制度啦，如果他進了去就怎樣怎樣啦。
我很想跟他講,，不要眷戀自己的光輝，也不要踐踏人家的高光moment。

什么是ice cream
方便问一下 为什么你们开球方式和比赛开球的方式不一样？是因为娱乐局吗？还是有什么特定规则

两种开发，一种是高球，一种是比赛看到那种反拍式的前线球。早期羽毛球，就几十年前，都是打高球的，近年来都是打前线球，技术上前线球来说更好，毕竟如果你打高球等于是送一个杀给对方，虽然也不是强杀。可是如果不是比赛我觉得高球开球更好吧......高球开球的话可以盘的打法比较多，也就是说压力会低一点，不会说一上来就互相针对，如果打前线球开球，基本上开球一方就是捉死不给对方杀球，接球一方也不好放高球给对方杀球，直接双方平抽挡，球速会很快，很考验球员的控球和经验。可是又不是一定要分输赢，打得轻松一点，高球开局显然就是更好一点的选择。比赛的话很明显高球是亏的，那么不如打前线开球，当然高球也不是不可以，我记得李宗伟在电视里面打过，我记得看过，虽然不清楚我有没有记错。也不是说高球开球一定亏，有时候作为节奏上的一种转变我觉得也是相当不错的。
