Love your cooking videos! When we have leftover pie crust, (after trimming around pies), we roll it on a cookie sheet like a big cookie, brush it with egg wash, and sprinkle white sugar and cinnamon on it. Then we bake the crust: a treat! 😊

Hi there, just discover your video. Love the simplicity of your cooking. I am going to suggest this to the chef where I work. She always just make sausage casserole or just fry the sausage and I said to her there must be something else can be done with it. Thank you for sharing the simple recipe.

OMG Noel, finally someone on RUclips who is in the food industry, who knows how to remove the excess pastry like you did. That's how I and my six sisters were taught to do it by our dad who was a trained chef. So satisfying to watch! I found your video by chance and im so happy i did, it was like watching my mum everything you did was her way, she would never use anything but lard in her pastry she always said it was better, the way you did your pie my mum would make scotch eggs, for each person one boiled egg, sausage meat but pastry not bread crumbs they were lovely. I will be watching more so keep up your great vlog, take care and safe xx
