How many cubic meters can this vehicle carry?
67 cubic
Way more cost efficient than doing it by hand with just a shovel!
Well, i must agree with you 😀
If that's what there is for you to run, you say 'Yes, Sir' and go after it. If that's your job it's not up to you if it's effecient or not. You have to pay the light bill somehow and getting into an arguement whether a process is effecient or not will get you going down the road and talking to yourself. I spent a lifetime doing stuff that could've been done better but I didn't get paid to think, just burn diesel. If that's your equipmen it's up to you how a job will be done. I'm not managment, I'm labor. Thanks,.Pal. Smooth the road!
Big projects and hight tecnology,amazing🇮🇩
In the vast majority of large scale mining operations the goal is to 3 pass load. Of course there are variations of this method. Until very recently it wasn’t even possible to 3 Pass Load 400 ton ultra class haul trucks. But now the P&H 4800xpc can accomplish that. For the most part it looks like 3 to 6 passes per truck works best. It’s all about lowest cost per ton for the mine operator. At almost all mines running fleets of large haul trucks ( 240 tons and up ) you will notice 3 - 4 - 5 and sometimes 6 pass truck loading is the norm.
I'm overwhelmed by the positivity radiating from this video. It's contagious!
Thanks pal 👍
The owners of the mine have an eye on dollars per cubic metre. They would not be doing this work at the mine with this equipment without good reason - whatever that might be. The rest of the mine would have much larger excavators as well as trucks. We only see a very small part of what is going on. Although now retired when I was working I did not want someone looking over my shoulder second guessing how and why what I was doing. I will not do the same to the mine owners/operators.
The operator is good, but not cost effective , too many passes and lot's of downtime with the dump truck
I’m not a mining machine operator but this looks like a very good operator to my eye. Smooth, efficient operation, no wasted motions. Looks as though they are working pretty close to the edge, perhaps to close to safely put a larger excavator or face shovel to work? Doing what it takes to get the job done safely with the tools at hand.
That's right pal, the ground was too soft for a large excavator and truck, so we used smaller machines until we reached solid rock and ore.
Kolay gelsin abi kanlı takip edermisin
Yeah sure, i'm a big fan of Turkish Hidromek equipment
denmark love Volvo
Serbia also loves Volvo 👍
I think that truck fits perfectly with that Volvo excavator.
Fits great
Love the footage!
Thanks for the comment pal.
@@HeavyMiningEquipment my pleasure. You’re welcome. Thanks for the awesome content!
10-11-12 passes? That is way to long! Ideally, 3-4 passes to run a consistent shuttle. The Excavator needs to be upgraded to a 15 yard + model.
Would be if he benched it properly no efecient slewing that far
