Yo, mad props on using a treadmill while doing this! “Running water never grows stale.” ✊ Colter Wall- sleeping on the blacktop.. live at the brewery sessions he was 19 at the time, I believe. Kid has an unreal voice. Keep on keeping on Brethren!
His music is so authentic. I interpret this song as the Orange of the morning gives him hope. Then he starts drinking and by the time the sun sets orange he knows she isn’t coming back.
Zach is amazing, I’m currently hooked on The good that I’ll do. Tyler Childers should be on your list. Lady May, Hard Times, Coal, Whitehouse Road
Whitehouse road for sure
He's got that "SuperStar" voice just gives you chills.Once and a life time kinda guy.He is the Next Gen of County Music.
Zach Bryan is one of the realest country artists out right now. Definitely need to check out more of his music. He doesn't have a bad song but some recommendations are Highway Boys, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Smokeshow, Traveling man, Jamie.
Beautiful simply beautiful love it my first time hearing this song. So sad it's like a longing you'll never get back
November air, travelling man, heading south, snow… sooooo many great songs by Z.B.
Saw him in concert back in October. He’s so good live, that voice!
The original has a harmonica. This was good too. 👍
Another song/artist I’ve not heard of before but now I have and loved it. Felt like I was ‘reading’ a beautiful, melodic novel.
Great song, I'd recommend listening to the full song. The version you just reacted to doesn't even have half the chorus!
Zach Bryan is the future of country music. Nashville has already came calling multiple times and he keeps turning them down. He has wrote multiple songs calling out Nashville and making fun of them on his albums. And it's kinda infuriating to hear people call him alternate country and bluegrassy, he is 100% country, he is taking it back to the roots. Kinda like Tyler Childers continously wins awards for his "Americana" music and has to keep declaring himself a country artist. Country Radio ain't country no more and a overwhelming number people agree.
Zach Bryan is a Oklahoma boy and I believe still active duty Navy Ordancemen. Don't know his status but he recently got done with a tour. He writes all of his own music and he has been touring and selling out venues. He even sings half wrote songs and barely practiced songs at concert and screws them up and he still gets cheered. He is the next Garth Brooks, stadium tours and all.
I believe he recently got his dd214 in the last year or two
@@austinoginski9513 yes it was late 2021
100% agree. Absolutely love Zach, Childers, Flatland Calvarly, colter wall etc. I saw Zach in concert in Texas he opened for willie Nelson and I had best in house seats showed up 5 hours early. It was absolutely breath taking hearing his voice, his impact on the crowd and myself. One of the greatest to come up in a long time for sure.
I live right outside Nashville in western Kentucky and most people there hate the current state of country music. Zach is going to be a legend regardless.
Funny, i am from Central Oklahoma and I call it red dirt music.
Interestingly enough, we've been listening to country songs that differ from the usual style here and all of them have put me in awe. I'm glad you're enjoying it too!
When he says "I poisoned myself again..." I don't think he's talking about getting drunk. I think he means that he poisoned himself with love and he knows it's going to be his undoing.
You’d be wrong
All about perception. Everyone has a different one
My 'thing' has always been Rock/Metal and i'm from the North of England so was a little surprised to see this what i would call country song appear in my 'My Mix' but I'm really glad it did, Another that appeared at the same time that i think deserves a reaction if you haven't already is Jackson Dean, I dont know why he got recommended to me but i'm soooooooooo glad he did, ive listened every night for over a week to his songs now, Highly recommended.
I’d love to hear you listen to more Zach his first album DeAnn has some incredible songs on there so glad he blew up 🔥
Heading South is still my favorite
Grew up down the road from zach gotta check more of his music.
Something in orange is the sun set and sun rise. But it also a orange pill bottle. He hates the dew in the morning because she's gone and the way he feels after the pills
You should give “Sun to me” a chance. I wasn’t a country fan either but this makes me realize how good life is. Trust me
This is what Country n Western music truly is . Not that Snap-Track filled Nashville Pop music they call "Country"
You gotta check out these ones by Zach Bryan, every one of his songs are amazing but these are just my personal favorites (other than something in the orange 😉) ❤️
Heading south
Late July
Condemned
Starved
YAAASSSSS
They've got alot of great music here's a couple of good one's I think you'll really like...chicken Fried....My Old Man...there both great, Thank You Sir for your reaction and I hope you have a blessed evening and a Blessed Merry Christmas 🎅 🎄 🙏
that's Zach brown band this is Zach Bryan
@@davidhowell3609 Damn,I knew I'd never heard the song before, Thank You for pointing it out that it was Bryan and not Brown,I wasn't paying attention all I seen after I heard the song was the first name and I guess just seeing the last name starting with a B ... I just assumed, my apologies, hope you have a blessed evening 🙏
Please do more of zach
Mine again - Zac Bryan .....hit harder than almost any other song to me personally.
He's from oologah oklahoma. Truly awesome
OMFG A DOGGO!!!!!!
Heading south!
yeah fax this one hits hard both my grandmas passed away this year to you im just a man to me, you’re all I am where the hell am i supposed to go🙏
Sun rise brings hope.. sunset brings doubt and the end
I like your reactions, keep up the good work. I suggest "broken window serenade " by whiskey myers.
I don’t know Zach Bryan but love this song now
David Allen Coe "Perfect Country Song"
Check out Tyler Childers…Nose on the Grindstone. Also, look into the Turnpike Troubadours. Any of their music is awesome.
The song is actually about his mom passing, something in the orange being the sunset(heaven). Can easily be mistaken as a breakup song
Thank you, I have watched several reaction videos to this song and none of the comments talked about this. The first time I really paid attention to this song, I had to call my mom to tell her that I love her
Where are you guys getting this? Genuinely curious, he writes a lot about his mom but everything in this song points to a breakup and every source on the song I’ve looked at reaffirms that. It’s very clearly romantic and I can’t find anything that points to his mom. Talking about a girl resting her head on his shoulder, how to him she’s everything but to her he’s nothing (does that sound like something his mom would feel to you?). In the end she’s clearly driving away and he’s asking her to come back. He even says “how I hate you” referring to her leaving which he’d NEVER say about his mom 😂 am I missing something??? I see how some individual lines could seem like they’re about his mom but it doesn’t make sense with everything else
I really like the other version better. The one on his channel. This one is good but the other one has more feelings to me. I think the fact that it has home videos that people submitted makes it have a different feel, but the lyrics are also a little different. And it has a harmonica in the beginning. 😊
Sunrise hope. Sunset.....
Orange is dawn maybe dusk. End of a good or bad day and the start of new one.
I heard this song on the in-game radio of farming simulator and had to look it up 😂
Hey man! Not sure if you’ll read this but you HAVE to listen to “thought you should know “ by Morgan wallen. It’s about his mom and whewwwwww it hits you in the feels. Also, found your YT while on deployment and haddd to sub immediately ❤️
My most recent ex was a huge fan of his and got me into him, and I kind of love/hate hearing him because it makes me think of her more than I want to. That being said, that's the power of an actual artist. He's good. Heading South is a good song and I'm not going to sit here and list things, I just enjoy it. *note* If you do the heading south reaction, please do the one where he's around a campfire in the dark...not the studio. You'll see why if you do it.
The Whistler by The White Buffalo live at Guitar Center.
You need to watch his actual music video where he had listeners submit all their sunset videos
Definitely should check out revival by Zach Bryan
I love how you said mid-way in the reaction that Zach Bryan's story is a lot like Ed Sheeran. Both great songwriters, two different nationalities and backgrounds and sphere of genres, but of the same cloth of great songwriting. Another modern singer-songwriter I really like is Alec Benjamin.
(I would be absolutely entralled if I got to hear Ed Sheeran and/or Alec Benjamin sing one of my favorite ZLB songs, "The Good I'll Do" from the American Heartbreak album)
Now you need to do Oklahoma Smokeshow
Born in Japan, but Oklahoma claims him
Get the chance checkout Whiskey Myers, Broken Window Serenade, heart felt song of love and loss.
If you happen to see this comment you should check out Glory Daze by Rachel McIntyre Smith it’s along the same alternative country lines, I think you’d really like it, plus it’s a really underrated song! 😁
Please check out Sturgill Simpson “I don’t mind”. Its a beautiful song and sounds similar to this song.
You gotta check out morgan wade - "wilder days", "the night", "don't cry"
I’ve seen him live , he’s amazing. Good video tho
Here’s some more for you
Devis wears a suit and tie - Colter Wall
Lady May - Tyler Childers
Sleeping Alone - Flatland Calvary
Heavy Eyes - Zach Bryan
Tishomingo - Zach Bryan
You gotta listen to "good I'll do" and listen to something in the orange z and e version
'Dark' is a great song by Zack
Sebs, I’m piggybacking on your “storytelling” comment: have you ever read Roger Ebert’s (RIP) quote about how movies (and by extension music) are empathy machines? I think that’s what you’re intuitively getting at. I’ll post his quote in case anyone cares 😂
“We are all born with a certain package. We are who we are. Where we were born, who we were born as, how we were raised. We are kind of stuck inside that person, and the purpose of civilization and growth is to be able to reach out and empathize a little bit with other people, find out what makes them tick, what they care about. For me, the movies are like a machine that generates empathy. If it’s a great movie, it lets you understand a little bit more about what it’s like to be a different gender, a different race, a different age, a different economic class, a different nationality, a different profession, different hopes, aspirations, dreams and fears. It helps us to identify with the people who are sharing this journey with us. And that, to me, is the most noble thing that good movies can do and it’s a reason to encourage them and to support them and to go to them.”
I would argue that is what good artists and good songs do as well
Ignore one of my last post on a newer video. I am checking it out now.
Hey man idk if you’ll see this but you need to check out sturgill Simpson….All around you….in bloom….long white line…..and other songs are phenomenal
My guy y’a gotta watch the video he made
Oh man, you missed out on the music video to this, its vintage af.
This is not “alternative” country. Alternative country is the bs on the radio. This is country music.
You have to do “Don’t Blink” by Kenny Chesney!!!!
Something in the orange means morning time, sunrise do yourself a big favor listen to anything from tyler childers and Benjamin todd
You’ve gotta listen to anything by home free.
I would say this is more like Americana music than alternative country
Check out “68” by Nolan Taylor
Need the original video with puctures submitted by fans! Its so much better! This version is slowed down.
Could you please do “ jelly roll “ save me :)
Man enjoying your reaction especially with your beautiful wife. Check out homefree yall will both enjoy it, and you will get a lot of views. They are really popular on here. Plus make sing music.
I am a big Zach Bryan fan. Check out Tyler Childers. All Your’n. I am new follower probably the first time I followed a you tube channel. Keep up the good work. I love how you love your family. You seem like a good dude!
If you really like meaningful songs, Jamie is one of his best
You should react to The Great Divide by Luke combs and billy strings!
Reaction to jelly roll please
React to Drayton Farley "pitchin fits" amazing awesome
Yeah orange represents the sun
Is this guy walking?
Considering you’re a religious man you should react to “by your grace” by Cody Johnson
The other video that Zach made is way better
Is it just me or does it look like this dude is walking on the spot
This is not the best version. Please watch the official music video. This music arrangement is weird on this version. The music video is raw and just amazing.
react to morgan wallen wasted on you
Something feels off, don't think this is exactly the original
There’s one acoustic oje
Bro you gotta quit walking in your reactions. I think you could make the time to separate the two. You are a good reactor but the walking is a distraction for viewers. Focus on one or the other. We as viewers deserve it
Dont care for him. He sounds is no different that others. Nothing special about him
Does anyone else fine the treadmill extremely annoying?
