Texas is literally not Texas anymore. I wanted to move there over 10 years ago. I watched and waited. Prices skyrocketed, and my fellow Californians kept going there. No thank you. I feel so bad for the heart of Texas. If I had moved there when I first want to, I'd regret it now big time. So tired of the government and corporations that cause problems.
