Original Song: Contentment

When I was listening to a sermon from 1 Timothy:6-6-12, I felt like I needed a constant reminder of this truth. And so I started to set the ideas to music, as a way of quasi-memorization. I was especially into the phrase from Eugene Peterson's translation, "Run for your life". It brought a vitality to the passage that stuck with me.
Also, please forgive my poor chroma keying. And the fact that the accordion player doesn't get the words right.

At some point I'd like to record a "real" "studio" version, but I don't know if it's worth it... I have a mediocre singing voice, I need to find someone better to sing it :)
