As a Tom main, there was improvement, but there are some things that you need to know.
1. Use dynamite (Air Down B) and reflect it with N-air or Neutral Attack. It is a great zoning and a sort of “get off me” tool. You can also hold up or down to influence the direction of the hit.
2. Use fishing rod (Side B) when you have sent your opponent flying. Lots of people don’t expect it, and it is very strong.
3. Use the tennis balls more. They are a great projectile for zoning and approaching. You can also hold up or down to hit the tennis balls in the respective directions. Jerry’s tennis racket when he hits the balls back to Tom has a hitbox, and the knockback is similar to Morty mudwall.
4. Neutral Attack/N-air can reflect almost any projectile in the game. Use it when a slow projectile is approaching you instead of just avoiding it.
5. When Jerry is shot out, he has 3 corks that he shoots out whenever Tom does an attack. You can use this to defend Jerry if you see your opponent trying to kill him.
Tips:
Stop using Ground Up B as much, yes it does kill, but it is really easy to avoid and usually results in a dead Jerry.
Don’t use paddle constantly, as it is very easily punishable if you miss it.
But so far, you have been doing pretty good, so keep it up!

Alright definitely better than last time but could use a lot of improvement. Some of these combos are pretty neat (even I learned a few things from this video) but the use of up attack is used wayyyy too much. up attack can be countered very easily due to its long end lag if missed. down air and up air is barely used, both can be used to combo into each other and down air is a really good combo tool that can be used with up attack if timed properly. Up air is also a really good finisher and can kill very early if used well. I also see a very excessive use of dodges and burnouts seem to be common. Try to use dodges sparingly since a burnout could mean life or death. I also see dynamite and tennis balls not used much as well. Both of those are an important part of T&J's kit and without it practically just makes him a weak bruiser without using it. Alright Hope this helps :D Edit: I forgot to mention this, neutral attack can be used to reflect all light projectiles in the game and can be used to punish a character that's spamming projectiles.

You should do dair into jerry from the racket combo and use single dynamite as it’s very good to have 3 dynamites than 1 to play off stage and keep control of space fishing rod is also a great snipe tool if you can get with it you can catch people at around 110 and jab 2 into down ground kills 130+
As a Tom main, I see a lot of Improvements needed, but since theres already a comment issuing a lot of more improvements I'll only say one
If you want to get across the map, use jerry rocket, make him go right/left, depending on the direction you want to go, then dodge and wait for rocket to hit you and you'll be launched to other side. I play on xbox and I tried helping a pc player but they said it's hard, if it's easy for you, idk

Use the fishing rod more and the downwards pan more also dash attack more and the charged tennis racket with the tennis balls more and you’ll be good, ur just doing the basic 1,2,3 spam with a Jerry shot lol u gotta use his other moves more bro

use mouse trap for edge guard then fishing rod above the trap so they have to pick one or the other

Your getting better 💪🏽. Heres another combo to get and early 45 damage. Shoot Jerry stand infront of him, jump, mash neutral special, then use down special, and neutral attack. Trust me it works

Sorry if it's written wrong, I'm using a translator With the L1 button you make the special neutral and you can aim down or up If you don't like L1 you can change it in the settings.
