Bought one 2 months ago. I can clear daisies in the garden as well as I can take the arm off an intruder. I can split a log to start a small fire and then jam it between the ribs of a grizzly on the attack, and then use it to skin the bear. LOVE this knife, field tool, gardening tool, camping tool, survival tool, home defense tool. What's not to love? Money well spend, KA-BAR, well done.

I got one of those, badass beast. Makes great work around the yard. I love the balance making chopping small branches a breeze. Great review and I would recommend this kukri. Thumbs up!
The sheath, handle and blade look exactly like the type used on the Ontario knives. If you told me it was an Ontario, I'd believe it. Hard to believe Ka-Bar is outsourcing a knife made in Taiwan that copies other brands.
It does! 3 broke into a side window about an hour after I made this video and I used it to dispatch them. I will now have to sell it at a discount as it is used. :(
Have got one, excellent indeed. I have also the Ka-Bar cutlass, same handle, more straight blade and a bit lighter, but for the work I do with the tool, the kukri is vastly superior after a few dozens of minutes: the kukri gives less shocks in the wrist. I have also a very nice Fox kukri machete, but for me the ka-bar handle is much better suited.

personally I think, CS kukri is better for its price, also it is more comfortable in pair with hummer or something you can use as a hummer

Ditto - i own this and it's much better than the cold steel machetes - it's really the best value out there.
the thickness looks a little thin,thats the only thing that keeping me away from baying this
