I've watched alot of people get higher on here but I will say a few ladies who started out with 1 machine and then start getting bigger machines 3 and 4 kinda turn into braggers....its like haha I got this....thats when I move on....you however haven't got that way....your excitement is heart warming to me because you found the deals on your stuff and work hard to get it....you show the good bad and ugly while working....some never show the ut ohs....lol...stay real!

People do wanna see you do good until you start doing good I’m going through that now and I’ve been printing for over 20 years I have zero employees it’s crazy but I love what I do. Ricoh was Anajet and that company didn’t do well either with their DTG printers. Ricoh has been bought out again by another company. But yeah I own a brother GTX love it but the white ink cost 💲 😩. You are so right but you have to keep going. Negative comment will come no matter what you do, so don't let it change personal or YT life. I found you and you actually answered a question about sublimation. I like the way you produce very clear explained videos. Step away go do research and come back and maybe you will find some out why it keep doing that.
I deal with 3-D printers and it has the same issues check the black ink cartridge RF ID reader many times that is dirty or damaged clean it with alcohol. Also if that fails if you have another black ink cartridges plugged in that will isolate the issue could be either the cartridge itself is bad or something in the reading mechanism of the machine is not working correctly

With colorgate you have to quit the program before you save to the usb, otherwise it’ll just loop it back into colorgate. Rip, save to file, Quit colorgate , save to usb, eject and then dtg machine.

I am thinking about getting the Ricoh 2000DTG printer. I went to Miami and visited the warehouse got a demo and a tour. They test each machine before shipping. They did a demo on their DTG machines and a 10 and 15 needle embroidery machine for me. What do you think about your experience? Do you recommend their equipment?
i had a 6ft Roland printer for Vinyl cutter/ printer. Man its awesome but maintenance on it when you are not using it. You always have to have it plugged in so it circulates the ink for you.
Yea, the daily maintenance is a task to deal with but so far for me it’s not that bad. I actually won’t mind it at all once I get it to work. But right now I’m doing daily maintenance on a printer that won’t print all the way thre……. Got a call mid type. Guess what. It’s working now.
The Wagner is gonna give you headaches and take some time to master, but even then it won't be completely repeatable. When it comes machine time, what do you plan to get??
have you tried to contact ricoh company and find out if theirs anything they kan help you with even though you bought it from offer up. maybe your pin connectors are damaged inside / where you insert the ink at

I don’t use anarip. I use colorgate. I have a tutorial on how to use colorgate. When I first started I downloaded anarip and used it a few times but I didn’t like the interface compared to colorgate so I started using colorgate and I’ve never looked back. Although this is not the brand DTG printer I have or woulda went with, for every person that has a bad experience with the Ricoh there's tons more that have complete success. I'd see what all tech support they'd be able to offer & just see if you can find another RUclipsr, who prints....with your same Ricoh & pick his/her brain to troubleshoot. Cause.....That's what I did! It was still a great deal...You got this!

I was pulling for you because the printer cost was a steal if it works properly. I'm not a fan of Anajet or Ricoh. I had a DTG printer from them that I struggled to keep alive for years. If you need someone to repair it I can suggest someone who will get it back up and running. I'm still watch the video and hope it's going to work but now you know why the $500 didn't matter.
If it freezes again, lift the lid and it may only required a gentle tap/nudge on the ink carriage in the direction it needs to go to get it to continue with the current print. Also gently wipe off the encoder strip. This may help. Don't shake the cartridges so hard. You can dislodge something or create a lot of air bubbles.

@@adubbproductions it’s probably the insert slot for the black color has some issue, perhaps it needs cleaning or something? Definitely a bummer when the first run doesn’t go smoothly but I’m sure you’ll get the hang of it
That sounds like something worth trying. So on the inside where the black goes clean that part out? I’m gonna try it but still. I’ve printed 2 different designs twice and they both stoped at the same exact point almost to the end of the print. It’s worth a try though. Thank you I’m gonna try it.
It’s fixed. Wasn’t the board or the sensor or any of the other parts they sent me. To this day I’m not sure what Ricoh did to fix it but it’s been working flawless. It was still under warrantee so I didn’t have to pay anything. Super lucky.
If I were you, I would send it back, especially at that price?? You can't run a business with a brand new printer on the blink! I would replace the black ink cartridge in the middle of where it stopped and see if it happens again?
This printer is a bitch. It likes to be at 68-75 degrees fahrenheit to operate properly. Please get your room humidity up above 40% to make sure ur white print heads stay in good working condition!
I spent $40,000 with this company, and I don't recommend it to anyone, don't believe anything about their products, it's the worst business they can do in their lives, please don't buy their products, they have terrible service.

I’ve had this same machine for 2 1/2 years. They can be tricky but are really amazing once you master it.

You don't have to pretreat white shirts and when you print on white it doesn't need to lay a white underbase in order to print.

That problem was caused from a bad ink cartridge docking station on the one I used.
I had switched it out twice and it was still happening. They took it back and fixed it.
I would switch the black with another cartridge to see what happens.
I did that. Same thing happened. No worries though I have since rectified the issue. I’m currently waiting for a part.
I was really hoping that thumbnail didn’t mean the machine wasn’t working properly. Hopefully it’s a simple solution.
Bro change that cartridge and if the problem continues then it may be the black ink sensor of the printer itself.

Perhaps the fix is not really hard, Ricoma may have a simple fix for this issue. I hopeful, that they do.

No. You haven’t. I corrupted my file. That was 100% my fault. Customer support called me and broke it down to me. Everything is working perfect now.
allways check your print q and your files are probably bad in the sd card try reformatting it again.
