@Scientific Humanist I have difficulty distinguishing between Canadian English and American English. The US is digitizing, but I'm not exactly sure to what extent. They used the example that people in Estonia file their taxes online in just a few minutes. Recently, US Congress just passed a bill that the IRS will no longer offer free digital tax preparation services, I presume mostly because H&R Block and TurboTax want to maintain their duonopoly, and pay lobbyists handsomely to get it for them.
The video is great and all is true BUT I think while it maybe be years ahead from some other countries it's still not good enough. All these services need improvement and updates so to say. I think since all of this was made there hasn't been much improvement and nothing new and innovative hasn't come up. So proud of our achievements that we've gone lazy.

I am from Syria and it’s -10/10
I'm kinda lucky becuse i live at Estonia
East Africa, Tanzania - 5/10 E - Government Scale
Well, we are just starting- Uganda
Nigeria, 1. Lovely video by the way.
Estonians🇪🇪
