this is what I used for a local file in the images subdirectory:background-image: url(./images/logo-small.jpg);
Can we position elements in the middle?
Yes, you can write background-position: center; OR set on 50% of the position, of course, you can do it with pixels, but previous versions will be easier and faster, I think ;)

Very unsatisfying that the image is just 39x40 px
