For us, we explore the value chain in plantain farming. What we do is harvest when it's mature but unripe, peel, wash slice and sundry, then sale to those who process into whatsoever.
Next year, we have the plan of registering a brand under our company with Nafdac, to enable us process and make plantain flour; package into 1kg, 2kg, 10kg and 25kg
That's where the money lies. registering
