Edit; I forgot a bit, if you do want serious help and don’t think it would get better or they won’t listen, constantly make dark suicidal jokes It’d confuse them or think you need therapy. Once you get to therapy tell your therapist everything. Make sure to ask them not to tell your parents about it because you’d “get in trouble” that should make the therapist slightly concerned and more likely not to tell them.
