Some times I feel compelled to respond to the trolls too. But the point of trolling it to get a rise out of us. The best idea would be not to feed them. They will starve and leave. We can't convert them or force them to somehow understand our liking for these things. Same goes for trolls in out real lives. They should be cut out of our lives, cut off like a diseased limb, let them fall by the wayside and you keep moving forward.
Back in the 80's, people hated on the glam bands and to this day I come across more people then not saying they hated that era with a passion. lol I was a fan of the glam / hair bands of the 80's. Andy said he was inspired by Kiss and Motley Crew. I appreciate these guys giving a nod to them. If I had a girl band I'd like our style to be inspired by the 80's cartoon Jem and the Holograms :)

Well, this is pretty damn good! I made the BIG mistake of judging them by their looks and never taking the time to listen to them. They seemed like total posers. But the really do rock. I think they turn a lot of people to or away from them (with me it was the latter) for their emo look. But who really gives a shit? They can actually play and that does it for me. Good band I was missing for being judgemental. Lesson learned

Okay, I'm a metalhead. I hear everyone, literally EVERYONE hating on this band, so this is my first time listening to any BVB song other than "Knives and Pens".
I mean, this wasn't amazing, but it's NOT terrible, but I just don't understand WHY this band gets so much hate? I'll go as far to say that this actually sounds pretty decent.
I can answer that question, same as you i think this song is decent, and even though i dont like it and would rather go and listen to some other bands, this song is not the worst thing ever but the major problem with this kind of bands are their fans, at least the ones i know will defend them just like some girls defend justin beiber and that is what makes you hate them, its not their music, its their fans.
They were hated because of the way they looked and people said that they were trying too hard. Calling them they gay and what not (because gay is apparently an offence now). They also (they being the people who dislike/despise BVB) Have commented on many videos offending the fans and the band. Such as "only 12 year old girls listen to them who have no idea what metal is" when BVB aren't metal and never tried to be metal... And most of BVB's fans are over the age of 12. This constant hate has caused the fans (BVB Army) to retaliate. The BVB Army is one of the best fan bases because they stick up for the band (sometimes too much) The comment above is some what right, "the fans are the problem" they do take things very seriously because it's something that they love they aren't going to let someone say hurtful things about a band who helped them in their "depression" and "cutting" ect. And me saying that the BVB Army is one of the best fan bases in my opinion (and the kerrang awards, because they have won several awards for the best fan base) it's not only that the fans stick up for BVB it's also because, the band doesn't give a shit about others and the hate it gets, they only care about the fans (you could argue this point with at a certain award they had a go at the audience... But let's not go into that...) When I went to see them Andy (the lead singer) was constantly smiling he looked so happy just to be there! And I hold my hands up that was my second concert but I never thought that he would be so down to earth and even though he's been in this band for how many years it still makes him happy that we all turn up (I might be going off track here but I wanted to express my opinion on that part) so basically to conclude... The band gets hate because not everyone likes their music which I and along with many other BVB fans understand which is fine but commenting and giving hate the BVB fans don't allow and maybe this is the problem... But if people just left us alone and stopes criticising us then maybe we wouldn't retaliate in that mannor... (Sorry if there is grammatical errors xx

He's a really fucking terrible harsh vocalists. I don't like his singing but at least he can sing competently. His screams are poorly executed and sound like shite. Listen to Dark Tranquility or Dissection for good extreme vocals.
