Okocha has beautiful dribbles compared to most, but compared to Ronaldinho, they are more basic dribbles, whereas Ronaldinho practiced freestyle all the time. It's a mix of technique, skill and explosiveness, something far above the players of that time and even today.
Sorry to be honest, but you can't compare Okocha with Ronaldinho because the complexity of Ronaldinho's dribbling is infinitely superior.
