Height field polishing tool

Learn how to use this simple yet efficient tool to correct and polish an automatically extracted 3D surface (using Dagmar Kainmueller's method) of a large hot-knife FIB-SEM volume imaged by Harald Hess' lab for Janelia's FlyEM team. The volume is about 5TB in size and stored as an N5 scale pyramid. It is transformed interactively while I am modifying the transformation with two simple brush tools.
