My esthetics school education mirrors yours. No business education whatsoever. I had to take business courses! I started doing virtual appointments during Covid. When we reopened I discontinued the virtuals. Now I’m permanently reinstating them in addition to working in the spa a couple of days per week, I just need to know how to get booked for virtually. So I’m grateful for this video.

Unfortunately, the spa I’m at won’t let me take before and after photos as “they are our clients, not yours” basically is what I was told 🤷🏻‍♀️

This is very common. You can actually bring in more business for them- generally they should allow you to as long as your handle has their business in the title.
You could always change the handle down the line, which is what I did. It’s fair for everyone.
I can’t stand that kind of employer!
