Been collecting for about a year now. I've never smelled anything like it, though I must admit I have never smelled ant other d'Issey fragrances. Hope this helps haha

JPG Airlines edition is actually JPG Le Male Aviator, not standard Le Male. The packaging is very strange, it doesn’t say Aviator anywhere except on the bottom of the bottle with the batch code

This Le male Airlines isn't like the original at all. In fragrantica they put the same note breakdown as the original, but it smells completely different. It's more like a mix between the original le male and Tommy Hilfiger Impact EDT plus something else that I can't identify. In fact, it's a great fragrance and I can't see many people talking about it. It definitely deserve more attention IMO.

I bought the Amouage during the online pre-sale and the Issey sounds nice. I have most of them and only the Intense turns me off. Overture Man is a must..I got it last year from Herrods and love it but be warned..it's Interlude beast style

Pearfecto is a potent Citrus bomb almost similar to Amongst waves but citrus and a slight mint vibe on the dry down, it's unique

Two here I really want to try. First is Interlude Black Iris and second, which will probably have to be a blind buyis Fusion.
La male must be up there with some other fragrances that have the most flankers , they have more flankers than alot of houses have actual releases.
I have bought like 4 of the flankers Le Male Terrible is my favorite

Amouage had Silver Cristal Man and then Silver Man - two separate fragrances. Flanker? Well... they came out a year apart in 1998 and 1999.

I just tried it today, it is stunning. I had the most interesting coconut scent from it. Was really knock out for me.
