- We are selling the Eastonmade Axis. Send us an email to get more information. We are located in Southwest, WI. We are looking at a pick up date of after May, 1, 2024.
This is not a decision we've made lightly. We want to devote more time to our family and less time to working or growing our firewood business.
Frances & Brittany I totally understand your decision in that as of January I cut back to 1 video every other week so I could enjoy my retirement and spend more time with my wife
( regardless if she wants to or not).
I’ll keep watching your journey as you post it on your channel.
👍TCT
Thanks, Tony. Time is going to fast. We want to spend time with the boys, whether they want us to or not, lol. We will keep posting our adventures and there will be some firewood. We thought if we cut back on youtube it would give us the time we wanted. But, we want more time with them. We want to enjoy life instead of working so much. 💗🍻 Take care and enjoy your retirement to the fullest!
hi there sounds like a good plan , best to all , if you were a bit closer be right there for that splitter , john
Thanks, John. Thanks for always being with us. We will have a lot more adventures. It's going to be a fun shift for our channel. However, it grows. 🍻💗 Brittany
good video and job looks like every body has trouble with the go pro's. i wish both of you all the best. a lot of people are giving up on you tube bexause it cost so much money and time. take care, be safe and well.
Thanks for watching John. We will still be doing youtube, just not all firewood videos. It will be based on our outdoor adventures of fishing, kayaking, dirtbiking, maintaining our land, and other outdoor activities. Stay safe and have a great day.
Totally agree BF you’re only young once plus your little ones are only young once so enjoy them, that dang wood pile will always be there really enjoyed seeing your videos I understand 100% best of luck racing 🏁👍👍
Thansk, Glenn. We have a lot planned and don't want to miss the boys growing up. The land, trees, and work will always be there. But, their little faces are growing before our eyes. 💗🍻☺️ Take care and see you next time!
Enjoy the kids because they grow up too fast. You can always go back to the firewood business.
I enjoyed everythey're in video video you guys put out.
🍻💗 You got that right, Doug. Francis has been talking about missing out on moments and wants to be more present. Take care and we'll see you on the next one!
Hey Brittany and Francis. Jennie and I will watch whatever you post. There is more to life than just firewood. You have a great family and kids are kids for such a short time. Let's talk about the Axis.
Thanks, guys. Give us a call about the Axis.
We missed out on time with the boys over the last two years. We want to make the most of the time while they are little. Time goes too fast. 💗🍻 Stick around to see what other trouble we can get into. Lol
Will do.
Enjoy your kids and each other,,, I do like your wood yard setup!
Thanks, JB. We will have some firewood, but more adventures are what we are going to. We will keep the channel going and hopefully growing. 🍻💗 Brittany
Absolutely do what is best for you and your family! Your boys are young and I know y’all are involved in a lot of activities and it will get busier as they get older!! I totally get why you are making this decision. Your kids are only young once! I’m am going into the opposite situation as my two will be going off to college this fall. It goes by quick! Enjoy them. Make sure you post some vids of your new adventures. We will be watching 👍🏻👍🏻💃🕺
We've missed out on moments with them in the last two years. I think we thought firewood would just flow with our lifestyle, but it was taking too much time. It's so rewarding to do, but missing moments with the boys are moments we can't get back. I feel like I blinked, and now they are ten and six. 💗🍻 Thanks for always being with us. 💃💃🕺🕺They may be more dancing in the future!
No harm, no foul. My kids are a few years behind Todd, and i know when they were younger, i missed out on a few great road trips. However, the wife wanted to be a stay at home moms and there for about 10/12 years i was wondering with my parents company (i still do) and working weekends at the local wrecking yard checking you out on parts and if you couldn't afford it. I would walk you through on what you needed to stay safe and legal.
Firewood, for me, started when we decided we we were ok enough that i didn't need to work so long and hard, but some health issues popped up for me so down the rabbit hole of Firewood i went and now i am up to 60 full cords a year for bulk sales.
Enjoy the kiddos, and hopefully, as they get older, they will still want to be with you guys..
Thanks Daniel, they are only young once and we want to enjoy giving them a good childhood. They grow so fast before we know it they will be in college!! Stay safe.
Like is to short to work all the time. Gotta have family time because the kids will be grown before you know it. Take care and have a blessed and safe day and I'll see you on your next video
Thanks, Billy. The last two years have taken a lot of time from the boys. Time we didn't realize we were missing. It's going to be a shift for the better. A more family-focused shift. 🍻💗 Thanks for being with us.
I’m with you…life is too short. With kids and activities that takes a lot of time…enjoy life and whatever you have planned👏🏻🇺🇸.
Thanks, Larry. It'll be a change for the better. Our boys are only little once and we want to make the most of their younger years. 🍻💗 Take care and we will see you on the next one!
Gunna miss the firewood videos.. and don't forget to show more of the charcoal videos..
Definitely! The homemade charcoal is the best! I forget, where are you located? We could maybe mail you a sample?
More adventures are on the way! 🍻🍻💗 Brittany

Don't have a heavy heart, in my opinion spending more time with the kids is more important. Besides dirt bikes are more fun to the boys than cutting firewood. You won't regret it 👍👍👏
Thanks, @kenthorsen4558
We are very much going to enjoy the shift in where life takes us. Firewood will still be a part of it, but time to enjoy our family is more important. 🍻🍻 Many adventures await!
Enjoy whatever direction you go.
I think the plan is to enjoy life more. Now, don't get me wrong, I love doing firewood. The whole process is so enjoyable. But, we lose out on so much time with the boys doing it. We don't want to miss out on their younger years. We want to make the most of their time and our time. 💗🍻 Take care and we will see you on the next one.
Wish you well. Keep posting videos regardless of what you doing. There are a lot of us out there are that aren't able to do the fun things that you are able to do, so we would love to tag along. Thanks !!!
We will take you along, for sure, Tim. We want to enjoy more of our time with the boys. 💗🍻 Thanks for always being with us, Tim! 💗 Brittany
I admire y’all’s decision and willingness to put your family time first. Good for the whole family!!
👊🏻
Thanks! It's going to be a shift. But, we've missed out on a lot of moments over the last two years. Time we can't get back. We can always buy another splitter in 10 years, but the boys will be grown. And that's something we won't get back. 🍻💗
Gotta have fun! Totally understand the decision you two have made. I will be watching no matter what the video is about! You two are great👍👊🍻👍
Thanks, Jeremiah. This WASN'T a shift we planned for. I think we had planned for firewood to just blend with our lives. Instead, it was taking over almost all of our free time. They will only be little for a little while, and the work, the land, the firewood, will always be there.
Keep making great videos. We will still watch
Thanks, Doug. We are going to keep the channel going, if nothing else as a cool memory bank for the boys. Life changes course all of the time. I'm hoping this next turn has a lot of fun in store! 💗🍻 Brittany
Hey guys don't stress over this. Do what makes you happy❤
Thanks. We don't want to miss the boys when they are older. Work will always be there, but memories have to be made! 💗🍻 Thanks for being with us through our changes.
@bfoutdooradventures you are right. When mine were small, I worked 6 long days a week to make ends meet. I missed a lot of time. Sad really.
I agree 💯 firewood is very time consuming 😂 with us building a house I’m scaling back as well and focusing on that for the summer! Different content but that is our priority. Hope you guys still bring us along on your adventures good luck and great choice spending time with family !
The house build is going to be awesome! Such a fun step. A time-consuming, hard, stressful accomplishment. 🍻 but amazing! 💗 Brittany
Hey Brittany and Francis , family time is the best time . Hope you keep posting videos of the fun and play time . I will be waiting and watching !! 👍🏻🇺🇸
Love ya, Del! I can't wait to do more traveling. This summer we are going to stick closer to home, 4-5hours. But next year.....big plans! Don't let Francis know my plans. I like to leave it a surprise for him. He likes it that way. Lol. 💗🍻 Stick around for the rest of our adventures!
We have plans to head out west next year if all goes well . We have been looking at campers . I’m not getting any younger and I want to see a few things . I only do bundle wood sales also . Y’all have a great week ok 👍🏻🇺🇸🪵🔥🥩
Good luck on your adventures. I hope to see some more videos
Thanks, Chris. We will keep posting our adventures. So, more dirt bikes, kayaking, and builds are in the future. 🍻💗 Thanks for being a part of our channel.
Spending time with the family is more important than firewood!! Once the kids get older, maybe delve back into bulk firewood!! Stay Hydrated and Have a Safe Day
I think that is the only all plan for the future. But, the future is ever changing. We will be doing a lot more family fun-focused activities and posting them. Take care and hope to see you on the next one! 💗🍻
The person selling a few cords a year is probably happy with that. The full-time producers and sellers are probably happy, like OWB. Is the mid-size firewood person that has it tough. I'm faced with the same decision, quit and live my life or go big.
Thanks for watching Jeffery. Sometimes, you just have to weigh out what is the most important thing you want in life and go from there. Kids are only young once, and typically, when they grow up, they will be living their own busy lives, and the time is not there anymore to spend with them. We decided that since we both put in a lot of hours at out full time jobs, we don't need another job to take up our weekends.
I have truly enjoyed the content you have put out with the firewood and the axis. I understand why you are making the decision though. Best of luck going forward!
Thanks. 💗 We will keep posting some of our adventures and have some firewood. It's more of a shift to do more of what we enjoy as a family. 🍻 Thanks for being with us!
Never be stuck on a plan that turns out to not be what you really want to do.
Thanks for watching Robert. We are very flexible people and change our plans that fit our family needs. We actually talked about expanding the firewood business a couple of months back. After discussing it more, we realized we would be both working another full-time job with the firewood expansion. We didn't want to keep taking time spent with the boys away. By the way, the belt you made for me is still in condition even after wearing it every day!!!
@@bfoutdooradventures I’m glad it’s working out well. You are the first person besides myself to have one of those new belts! Enjoy
WHY does everybody put the chain saw bar upside down so the logo is wrong? 0:23
Thanks for watching Doug. Flipping the bar over helps keep the bar from wearing one side of the bar. It's kinda like rotating car tires.
Well whatever you decide to do for your channel I'll still be here! I wish you well!
Thanks, Ted. The channel will live on! But with more of the adventures and less of the wood splitting. We gave a lot of things we want to do and will be taking you along for the ride. ☺️ 🍻💗 Brittany
Its good you have plenty of money neednto give up utube as well p.s never until today I seen you channel
Thanks, Randy. I think we will keep posting our adventures. If nothing else, they will be a memory bank for the boys. A part of their past to look back on. Life is ever growing and ever changing. This is the next step for our future. We have lots of adventures to go! 🍻💗 Welcome, and stick around, if you'd like. ☺️
Gonna miss y'all doin the wood
Thanks Brandon. I think we will still post a few firewood videos each year. We will have some more of the Axis for this year. Shifting to more family fun adventures will be a good thing for us. 🍻💗 Thanks for being with us and we will see you on the next one!
Are you guys completely satisfied with your CF Moto purchase and would you love to do it again or not? I was just looking at their 1000 2024 touring model.
Hi Jeff, Thanks for watching. We are really satisfied with the cfmoto. The only complaint is the clutch issue that these machines are known for. Taking off is jerky, but I have seen many videos about how to solve that issue with different clutch springs. The power on the machine is great, and it gets around very good. We just use it for riding on our land so we haven't upgraded anything. Ours came with a 72-month warranty from the dealership.
