Quick summary from mufti menk's talk :
    1. Attention: Give them full attention when they speak to u
    2. Acceptance : understand ur child. Show ur interest to them
    3. Approval : praise & value them verbally
    4. Appreciation : acknowledge and say thanks to them
    5. Affection : love!
    6. Authority : we need to set rules and guidelines! (But parents need to lead by example)

I see most of the time some parents dont treat fairness among their children. They burden the eldest while letting the youngest go astray from the path of Allah. What if the eldest dies and the youngests dont know the basic responsibilities? I think The prophet imposed fair distribution of responsibilities to his children. Which is most of the time in our generation of ummah is not being followed.

Please revalue if you actually want kids and all the endless responsibilities that come with having children.
My siblings born and raised in the western world educated about birth control, yet popping out kids
And have the audacity to force my sick mother to look after her” grankids”
Causing hate and problems within the family.
So they can carry in living a bachelors single life.

Mufti sahib my sister's husband is forcing my sister to give her one child for adoption to his childless brother against her wishes, is that fair in Islam. In order to fulfill his purpose & safeguard his property he threatened my sister of marrying another girl if she is not willing to fulfill his demand & at the same time he has left her at her parental house soon after the birth of a girl chid almost one yr old now. My sister already has two more sons, one is 9yrs & the other 6yrs old.

What about rights of a unmarried woman who lost their father? Will she is not eligible to get anything from her father properties? Only son is eligible to get properties? Where that daughter will go ? Is there place where she can spent her remaining life? Your answer will be rid me get out from my current situation

    • @kashaffatima1319
      @kashaffatima1319 3 года назад +1

Well in Islam the property is divided between the daughters and the son . 2parts of the property belongs to the son and 1part to the daughter. For example your parents have 1son and 1daughter so the property will be divided into 3parts of which 2 parts will be given to your brother and 1part to yourself and it is irrespective of the fact that you are married or not. And if any of the child doesn't want the property they surely can donate that or give it to their brother or sister

I didn't want to have more than 3 children so I would be able to raise them. I am not into the idea of having nannies because the world now needs you to personally take care of the children thus if you want them to grow well in Islam.
My husband and I agreed on it initially but now we are married when we speak about it he says he now wants 5 children
The thing is he is also as busy as me.
