Congratulations on Sierra Mar. The way you handled yourself was impressive. I appreciate your vulnerability, challenges in this industry can hit so hard. Why I had tears when you represented the buyer and you knew how much value to the SELLER and minimal value to the BUYER the furniture meant. $10.2 was an incredible negotiation and I proud of you. The entire season I watched , well both seasons are because of you. BEN I NEED YOU!! I appreciate your structure, tenacity and managerial acumen. I don't trust everyone but I knew for sure you are the GIANT WITH THE SHOULDERS I NEED TO STAND ON. 😅 noooow I'm a big woman soooo I hope your shoulders are strong. @@BenBelack I'm sitting in an extended stay hotel room with my 5 yr old daughter, navigating a purchase that should have closed 2 weeks ago, chasing a client who's home I'm preparing to list in order to use those funds for my first over million dollar transaction , trying to see how I got here. When almost 2 years ago I was pursued by a wealthy man who stated " I want to make you so much money you will never need any other clients". I then negotiated a $9mill commercial site down to $7.2m as he was willing to pay, and it just withered away Ben, just withered. I want you to help me not let something wither, I don't know what I could have done but I bet you would have shown me. I'm hurt by that, that was life changing. Ben here's my number, I still can connect with that client help me please. I'm ready 💪🏽 310-386-9828.

Yes! Please Make California Great Again! I left Cali for Austin TX just 5 years ago after being in Cali for 20+ years. And yes California is most beautiful state in the USA but it’s run by corrupt politicians who do not represent the residents best interests. Big government is not the solution it’s the problem.
Kyle got to big for her britches too, she went back to acting and producing and he's been opening up real estate offices throughout the world. They're both at fault and have got swept up in the celebrity of it all. $$$$$ not good!!
