Life at home as caregiver can be isolating and even chaotic, and I'm sorry to say that I rarely have any energy to clean house and cook properly, even though I am an accomplished cook and we do eat whole foods. Hi Hamimommy, I've been meaning to write this letter/comment for so long. I'm a 24 year old student from India. Your videos have helped in ways you can't imagine. Although I've been following your channel for over 3 years now, in the past 1 year, you've literally saved me on numerous occasions. I've been suffering from severe anxiety since last one year and about 4 months ago I discovered that when I watch your video, it instantly calms my anxiety. Many times when I literally felt like going down on my knees and crying during these anxiety episodes, your videos have calmed and helped me so beautifully. I am hoping that you will be set free from the anxiety you are experiencing. I have had severe anxiety in the past too--the answer for me has been a personal relationship with the Lord--Jesus Christ. He always forgives us if we ask Him and promises us His peace and comfort . He has promised to never leave us or forsake us --ever. I really like how you prep your food. I need to do more of that instead of cooking when we need to eat only. It is nice to see how peanut butter is made. I can't make it here as one of my children is allergic to all nuts (so sad). That looks delicious!!!!
