Another great video i do wish people would stop telling her she eats alot shes so thin so clearly there is no weight issues and skipping meals will make you more hungry she exercises and walks alot too which burns alot of calories , i say enjoy your food 🤷🏽♀️
Ye activity lvl and metabolism (genetics too) have a huge component in how much someone eats. Plus im pretty sure its partly the camera set up that makes the amt of food look bigger.

Here in England we also eat blood sausage called Black Pudding, a spiced blood sausage with chopped fat and oats which we eat fried or grilled for breakfast. When my children were st home I would add it into braised beef dishes or steak and kidney to enrich the sauce and make it meatier. I so love your vlogs ❤❤❤

Try some chilli powder,salt little bit and some oil on to rice mix it with rice add spring onions .tastes vey good😊
