As a kid growing up in 90's Seattle this is very nostalgic for me. The old Seattle Waterfront, the mid 90's Mariners and the KIngdome, and of course the Super Sonics! Its a shame what the city has become, the experiences in real time are gone like many of the great things the city once had to offer but this video will outlast us. Thank you.

It has def gone downhill but there's definitely still plenty of beautiful spots that are kind of tucked away from stuff!

Yeah Seattle definitely gone very downhill, not even to mention how they deal with the homeless population by sending them on one way bus trips to other towns like Port Angeles, sequim, and other surrounding towns. I swear in the last 5 years in Port Angeles I have seen more "new" homeless people than actual new people, its a travesty.
@@fletcher5018 Port angeles much worse than squim but yeah I noticed that the few times I drove over from Edmonds in recent years
Edit* I could still walk around squim in the middle of the night & encountered maybe 1 person.

Visited Seattle for the first time back in 2019. This song brought me back to that time
I grew up in Seattle the 2000s-2010s, why does 90s Seattle give off a completely different vibe than present day, its happier more relaxed 'enjoying life' kind of vibe.

I agree. I love every album he's dropped but this one is definitely one of if not the best one. In a year or two I'm sure we'll be looking back at it as one of the best Late Night Lofi albums ever

Never been to Seattle might consider
It's changed drastically, its kinda gross now, smells throughout some areas like sewage, and there's also a widespread homeless crisis. It's just kinda meh, I remember it being a lot cooler when I was younger but as an adult it's just depressing.
@@SpooningTreesap86 As someone who loves Seattle to death, I'm going to have to agree. It used to be so nice. Christmas lights everywhere during Winter along with the music, and when it snowed it was like a paradise. Now you would be lucky to enjoy yourself without having to smell piss on the street or have a homeless guy bark at you while it's 30 degrees and raining.
Kyle & mask are both spot on but I must add that there's still a lot of beautiful spots. Just stay away from downtown... Pretty much stay away from all the main areas actually. If you explore some of the random neighborhoods away from the main stuff there's lots of nice views & parks & whatnot.

There is for sure a sample out somewhere. Unless VCR created this masterpiece. I’m just gonna have to find it somehow
