    Ada, I speak divine strength from the Lord upon your life.🙏 I had to subscribe to your channel after watching this video and you have said it all. Intelligent people like you will surely succeed in the UK, stay strong, stay focused and once you are settled, register your company/ self-employed contracts if not go into another care-related professional career path. Doors will open for you with your experience, knowledge, and positive attitude, and you will not regret it. Also, it is important to take short courses to upskill. God bless🙏

    My take is this, there's no job that is easy, worked in the hospital,taken care of a patient with Dimentia,hbp and diabetes. It wasn't easy. Sometimes I feel I should just leave the patient. It wasn't easy at all so I can relate but we have individual experiences, yes you heard me right! Individual experiences and it can be really overwhelming especially domiciliary caregiving,so you see the pay is not comessurate to the care given!
    I will still come back to comment.

    Wahoo, your company is very strict, mine , you can tell them you want to work certain days and hours . Even you want to work 30hrs they accept. Like it’s soo flexible . You can just wake up and say am not feeling well today. They will cancel that day shift for you . They told us pls call us if you need more shifts or less shifts . Wahoo. My company is sooo good. It is well oo. Am even thinking of going to nursing school because my work is soo flexible

      Were you brought to UK by your company?
      Did you sign any contract before you start with them?
      Because you are sounding sooo different, or it's very easy to do such job.
      Most domicilliary workers that came in through company suffer a lot bcos they can't wake up one day & give excuse of shift decrease. It is enslavery.
      A friend, male nurse told me 2weeks ago, how the ladies she assisted from Ghana to UK for domicilliary care are crying everyday regretting toying the path. He said he never knew that the job is that tedious, now looking for ways to help them out.
      Ada has said it all, most people can't open up like this. Meanwhile, they are dying in silence, crying bitterly everyday.

    Another thing people don't know is, don't think it's immediately you finish your five years on tier two you will just go and get the ILR, you will need to renew with the sponsor and sometimes that might even ential a new visa because for you to have a subsisting contract you must have a visa. Its when people want to apply for ILR they will know the real gbedu. Think these things through.

    • @AdaKings
      @AdaKings  Год назад +3

      Your ILR started counting the very first day you entered UK. Some people change employer within this 5yrs, and it has nothing to do with ILR, everyone's story is not the same dear

    • @chrischris2162
      @chrischris2162 Год назад +2

      @@AdaKings everyone's story has to align with the immigration rule, your employer as at when you are applying for ILR has to assent to retain you for the foreseeable future. It's a major requirment when applying for ILR under tier 2. Infact they need to hear from your sponsor. I have mine and five others are on the same trail. Its on thier website, check it yourself. Of cos the five years starts to count when you enter the UK on a tier two, but as at when you apply, these conditions MUST be met. That's why it takes atleast six months to make a decision on ilr. Go and verify.
