Hello...I changed the damper by watching your video... Manually clean the printhead . All nozzel working. But when we did the ink charge and chk the nozzle chl after assembly. I noticed no ink was coming out from head and nozzel not working properly. Only white and yellow working...please if you know the issue ..please guide me

Ontem minha impressora estava ligada e depois fui ver ela desligou e não liga não acende o led power e quando aperto o botão power faz um barulho fininho mas não acendem nem a led. Olhei na placa pra ver se tinha caído tinta e vi que tinha uma mola solta lá.😢 será que deu algum curto na placa? O que você acha que pode ter acontecido?
