    Very good tour and first video Eppy. Felt very calm watching this, the music was spot on for the mood. How long did it take you to get your license for the motorbike? The land that is reclaimed… what is the purpose? Looking forward to more videos, makorokoto!

      Thanks Ticha for your comment, the reclaimed land acts as a coastal protection measure against sea-level rise. It was built by elevating land (using sacks of sands ...) into the lagoon, extending the country’s limited land area while providing additional space for community use as needed.
      Well, I wasn’t the one riding the motorbike; I was sitting at the back. Here, you don’t need a license to ride- you just need practice, and once you’re confident, you can ride- the land is flat, and Tuvaluans are very cautious when riding.

      Our drinking water comes from harvested rainwater.
