@@soragranda yeah if they're going to try and stop emulation, Good luck. Because it's a rapidly growing community as things get easier and you don't have to be more technical than knowing where to place files on your computer or device to run them.

No they're not. The emulation community is fractured and highly strung at best, many of these hobbyist devs will fold almost immediately at the first sign of pressure
Not only that. It sets a very dangerous precedent of patenting software concepts and ideas. The entire games industry is built upon iterating upon game mechanics built by other games. Patenting game mechanics is one of the few things that can kill huge parts of the games industry. It is akin to patenting film making techniques like camera angles, composition etc... I was actually surprised to see sudachi still getting updates! I am currently using that for up-to-date switch emulation for brand new games coming out. While using what’s left of Ryujinx for games that’s been 100% playable for a while.Looking forward to the future of sudachi! And possible future forks of Ryujinx!
Just want to say that I really admire you, Mr. S. Your life balance of gaming, nature, and travel is truly spectacular. You bring a lot of joy with these videos. :)
The shock recently regarding whether or not Japan is the issue, was the Switch emulation case from Nintendo of America… so the whole “it’s all Nintendo of Japan’s doing” theory is dead in the water now. Sadly I don’t think RUclipsr’s blocking content in Japan is going to deter anything.
Love the view. Reminds me of all the times I used to camp in the woods in the green mountains in the middle of Vermont. Looks just like this in a lot of ways. There are even really old settlements/cemeteries and foundations from like the 1600/1700 hundreds if you go off the beaten path, usually near the top of the mountains. Highly recommended. You can even see fresh bears scraping trees recently, and I was also chased away from an apple patch by a moose once. Terrifying, but a great story now. Need to get back out there.
Man, that river view is breathtaking. Edit : One of my previous business partners is a surgeon. Hey MrSujano, you've really inspired me to try getting out more often. Do you have any resources/ RUclips channels that I can check so they can teach me to hike? (Btw do you camp in a tent? 😂)
Hey Mr Sujano, I know you're a big fan of your walks and camping. If you ever went on holiday in the future can I just recommend my English county of Cornwall to ya'. Beautiful walks and nature almost everywhere you go.

Imagine being an intern and having to watch from the operation theater this surgery! 🤣😂
What I think companies should do is if the game connects to servers switch it to offline and peer to peer so it's still playable.. Sometimes it's not possible but for easy cases it should be done
The biggest win for BG3 modding is that they managed to crack the mod tools completely open, so now we modders can do new levels etc, something Larian could not provide us with because of WotC (which i despise, and i bet Larian as well).
I absolutely love modding. I feel that gaming would be half-dead without it. There are some freaking cool stuff that people could come up with, as far as rom hacking and modding goes.
We need to look at Nintendo's history with lawsuits. 2 significant ones are: 1. There was the Donkey Kong patent lawsuit with the jumping mechanic where Nintendo won so videogames could all usebjump mechanics. 2. Where Nintendo stopped Colopl from a patent that would prevent other games using the touch screen mechanic to move a character by a touch-spawned analog direction pad. Now, Nintendo is using a patent not only to stop any game from using a ball-throwing mechanic to capture things to store creatures, but Palworld is not making any mechanic patents like Colopl, while also using their patent to bully someone within their rights to create something similar out of Nintendo owning patentsbso nobody else would abuse them.
Well, I would definitely say that if the Palworld developers are able to launch in other regions and at least get some sales there, it will obviously help them in the long run if they have to pay out in buckets fighting Nintendo with that lawsuit.
0:50 Mr Sujano the new Samsung Galaxy S24 FE being based on AMD's RDNA3 may be able to record in AV1. I'm sure RUclipsrs who uploads regularly to RUclips from their phones can really benefit from that.
