So true. My husband and I are constantly asking each other questions and have to exercise a lot of grace and patience with each other and our learning curves. He’s Thai born and bred and I’m an American with French and Hispanic ethnicities. Life is never dull 🥰
Thanks for sharing! Communication is so important to me so I’ve always wondered how people made it work with language barriers, especially if they’re not speaking each other’s native ones
I remember when I was little, living in Germany, my parents would talk in Korean, I would talk in German and we completely understood each other. Taking just language into account, I think it would be ideal if each party would at least understand the other’s language. It would be so much easier to communicate with each other. With that in mind, respect to those who make it work anyway👏👏👏
Becky I’m not a weird guy or just a guy so don’t feel weird oki, but you’re shining & lookinnnnn lovely today, you’re looking flawless and soooooo beaaautiful 💕

I moved to my husband’s country and learned the language but when we met we communicated in English, our third language. You guys are SO beautiful😘

Listened to the podcast a few days ago. “Cooks” makes me laugh. 😄

Hello guys 😊
Yo yooooo!
You should interview Dayoung Clementi. She's Korean/Italian and popular on tiktok in italy. You can find her on instagram too😁😁
Korean seems harder to learn than English and it would make more sense in an English speaking country for the Korean spouse to learn English.
It's kinda cool that when you guys have a kid, all 3 of you will be half korean
interesting but you two sound like you argue a lot/hate each other
