    Just received a copy of Mindfulness in Plain English. Needed to see him talk and experience the sound of his voice and accent. Now I can imagine him narrating the book to me when I see the words.

      Rajinder Singh, Do deep breaths. Do sequences of altered deep breathing holding full on top and empty on the bottom. Do walking meditation and then go back to sitting meditation. Meditate with your eyes open with your eyes fixed on a point in front of you. Watch your food, watch your physical fatigue.
