Thanks a lot for sharing this. I have been practicing Vipassana, not so long ago. There was a period i had coughing. During the practice, i used the urge of coughing, the mechanism of the urge to cough as an object to focus on and aware of. I didn’t let the body please the urge and cough due to the itchiness, and just kept on observing the urge and its mechanism. And surprisingly, the urge of coughing slowly died out and disappeared (i back to my breath awareness). Unbelievably, my cough disease was also completely healed.
Om ! Sabbe Satta Bhavantu Sukhi Tata ! May all beings be happy ! Mangalam ! In the Dhammapada the Blessed Lord Buddha said, " How pleasant is the discourse of the monk, spare in his use of words. Whose speech is restrained, who talks wisely, who is simple and clear in expressing the Dhamma . " Thank you for this excellant video on Right Mindfulness and Right Meditation . Om Shanti Priyam !
